Welcome to PERSI's Employer and Vendor Reporting Upgrade File Certification Website!
This site is for employers and insurance vendors to validate their files meet the new file specification requirements prior to PERSI's Arrivos upgrade.
- If you are an employer or insurance vendor and upload a file, proceed to Step 1.
- If you are a Roll-forward employer, or report through the State Controller's Office (SCO), proceed to Step 2.
Step 1: Employers and Insurance Vendors (or their software providers) must validate your file format here:
Step 2: Starting July 14, 2025 - and after validating your file format if you upload a file - contact PERSI to create a test account.
- Employers and Insurance Vendors who upload a file will use this test account to complete self-certification and training.
- Roll-forward and SCO reporters will use this test account for training.
Step 3: After PERSI confirms your test account has been created, select the appropriate site to continue the self-certification process.
